Patrick J. Griebel
Patrick J. Griebel was admitted to the State Bar in 2002 and admitted to practice before any of the State’s District Courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, various appellate courts, administrative agencies, and the Public Regulation Commission.
Patrick has jury trial experience, as well as experience in several arbitrations, hearings before various administrative agencies and hearings before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission. In addition to this litigation experience, Patrick has successfully achieved clients’ goals in countless mediations, informal negotiations, and other creative solutions to avoid litigation in the first place.
Patrick has represented hundreds of clients in a wide variety of practice areas. Outside of the practice of law, Patrick started and successfully managed businesses of his own, focusing on New Mexico’s abundant renewable energy resources. Patrick has also advised and managed start-ups, as well as established businesses in business planning, business organization, marketing, sales, hiring, and training.
- University of New Mexico School of Law (Juris Doctor) in 2002. Undergraduate: Texas Christian University 1993 (Bachelor’s of Science in Economics with minors in Business Administration and Spanish).
- Proficient in Spanish – Se habla Espanol.
- Prior to attending law school, Patrick received a commission in the U.S. Army and served as a cavalry officer in the Second Armored Cavalry Regiment from 1994 to 1998, leaving active duty service as a Captain. Patrick has also served in the New Mexico National Guard in the early 2000′s.
